Community Chest of Washington is hosting a musical and vendor fair as a fundraiser tomorrow. Amanda Greiner, President of Community Chest, explains University of Iowa students will perform a musical journey about women over the decades. Over 50 songs will be part of the show including I Will Survive and It’s Raining Men.

Greiner adds the money raised stays in Washington County to be used by Community Chest agencies, which includes Lending Hands, the YMCA and Boy Scouts, among others.

The “Respect” show begins at 7 p.m. on June 25th. A free will donation with a suggestion of $5 will be collected, with no set seating. The Respect musical starts at 7 p.m. with the vendor fair one hour prior at the Washington Community Center.
