The Mid-Prairie boys soccer team competed in the state championship yesterday. The Golden Hawks fell to Iowa City Regina zero to 1 after playing 100 minutes on the pitch. The game was tied at zero-zero at the end of regulation time and at the end of both over time periods, forcing the match to go to penalty kicks.
