The Washington Demon girls track and field team ran at Eddyville on Thursday and won the meet.

Washington were champions in the shuttle hurdle in 1:14.7, Macy Marek won the 100 meter dash in 12.99, they won the 4×200 meter relay in a time of 1:51.48, Stephanie Fishback won the 200 meter dash in 27.83, they won the sprint medley in 1:56.39, and finished out the meet with wins in the 4×100 meter relay in 52.97, and the 4×400 meter relay in 4:34.17.

Washington finished in first with 127 points, with Fairfield in a close second with 122.

The Washington girls will run a meet on Tuesday of next week at Mt. Pleasant.
