A decision that could have a large financial impact on the casino in Washington County is being made tomorrow morning. The Iowa Racing and Gaming Commission is meeting to consider granting a gaming license for the casino proposed in Cedar Rapids.  To determine the potential impact another casino would have on the ones already operating in the state, the Gaming Commission hired two firms to conduct a market analysis. The studies predicted the new casino would take around 30 to 42% of the Riverside Casino’s annual business.
