Celebrate Valentine’s Day locally today. Director of the Washington Chamber of Commerce, Michelle Redlinger, states that for every $100 spent locally $68 stays in the community. She adds there are a number of area businesses to help celebrate the holiday, from florists to restaurants.

PAWS and More Animal Shelter in Washington President Sheila Hanson states that residents can share the love by donating to the shelter or considering adopting a pet.
