Caucuses were held across Iowa for both Republicans and Democrats last night. The caucuses provide a venue for political parties to elect delegates, submit resolutions to set county platforms and appoint committee members. The Washington County Republicans met at 8 different locations while the Democrats met at the Washington Public Library and in Brighton.
