Funeral Services for 98 year-old Dortha J. Stutzman of Wellman are at 10am on Wednesday  at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. Burial will be in the Wellman Mennonite Cemetery. Visitation will be from 4-7pm on Tuesday at the Powell Funeral Home in Wellman. A memorial fund has been established for Parkview Manor. The Powell Funeral Home in Wellman is handling the arrangements.
