Celebration of life services for  48-year-old Verlin Thomas “Tom” Hill of Muscatine, formerly of Washington will be held  Saturday, September 21st at 11am at the Jones & Eden Funeral Home. Visitation at the funeral home will begin at 9am, with family greeting friends from 10 until the time of service. Memorials have been established for Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center in Davenport.The Jones Eden Funeral Home is handling arrangements.
