The final order for the Heal property, where a building was deemed dangerous by the city’s building and zoning official and police department, will be discussed and considered at tomorrow night’s Washington City Council meeting. The property on North D Avenue was searched in March, at which time authorities discovered methamphetamine labs.

The council will also hear three special presentations tomorrow, including one about the city’s 175th anniversary celebration.
