Emergency work is planned to address drainage issues in Riverside. The city council has awarded the project to Kelly Demolition of Mt Vernon for around $7,500. City Administrator Rusty Rogerson says the work is being done on Glasgow Avenue at the Highway 22 crossing to stop water from pooling. Rogerson adds they’ll need to develop a ten year plan to deal with the storm water issues in the city.
