The world record attempt for most people wearing fake mustaches at a public event will take place this evening on the courthouse lawn during the city’s RAGBRAI activities. According to Terry Baker, with the Fairfield RAGBRAI committee, they need to beat Grand Rapids, Michigan’s record of 1,544 individuals, set in March. Their goal is 4,000.
