Roadwork is underway in Wellman. City Administrator Nick Pacha says some asphalt patching has already been completed, but their main seal coat work has not started. He says they have $20,000 set aside this year for seal coat projects and maintenance to address problem areas. LL Pelling out of North Liberty has been contracted to do the work.
