The Washington Municipal Band is having its first concert of the summer tomorrow at 8 p.m. in Central Park. Paul Towner, band board president, says the group, which is in its 81st year, has some new pieces for this week’s concert, including some music from West Side Story. The band of approximately 50 members practices every Monday to prepare for each week’s concert.
