A lawsuit brought against the Washington County Board of Supervisors last week will be discussed behind closed doors tomorrow. Following their meeting at 9:30 the Board will address what their strategy will be in dealing with the lawsuit filed by Residents for a Better Richmond. The closed session will be compliant with Iowa’s Open Meetings Law. During the meeting open to the public, formal results from the Richmond wastewater discharge sampling will be discussed.
