The Iowa 4-H Hall of Fame welcomed a new member from Washington County at this year’s Iowa State Fair. Nancy Adrian was inducted during a ceremony the last day of the Fair. Adrian has been involved in 4-H since she was nine year old and continues to work with various programs as a leader and through the Washington County Extension.
The Washington County 4-H and Youth Committee made the nomination and informed her during a meeting before the Fair. Adrian is the 11th person to be inducted into the Hall of Fame from Washington County.
All inductees demonstrate dedication, commitment, and guidance to Iowa’s 4-H members through the years.
