Mid-Prairie is hosting a week long learning conference. The conference that started Monday is entitled Learning for the 21st Century. The conference is being held in the Mid-Prairie High School cafeteria in Wellman.

120 staff members from thirteen different school districts are in attendance. A special feature of the conference will be an opportunity for the teachers to get into small groups to discuss knowledge they’ve learned the past week and throughout the years. The conference ends on Friday.
