Maintenance issues at the Riverside water plant caused some inconvenience for residents yesterday. Residents of Riverside were asked to conserve water during the morning and afternoon. A split pipe at the water plant is what prompted the alert to customers.

The pipe was repaired by 4:30 yesterday and according to City Clerk for Riverside Missy Carter residents can return to normal water usage.
