Demon Southeast Conference foe Mount Pleasant improved to 23-1 and advanced to the state tournament with a 72-40 win over Centerville last night. The Panthers earned a three seed and will square off against six-seed ADM, Adel (21-3) at noon Wednesday next week.  Two-seed Waverly-Shell Rock (23-1) will face #7-seed Grinnell (20-4), a team Washington beat to end their regular season, in the other half of the bracket on Tuesday along with Assumption, Davenport (21-3)/Epworth, Western Dubuque (22-2) and Bishop Heelan Catholic (17-6)/MOC-Floyd Valley (24-0).
