The Washington Ministerial Alliance has been working to raise funds for the Salvation Army this year.  Pastor Harald Gruber from Faith Baptist Church says the group has been out this month ringing bells for the Salvation Army red kettle campaign.  He says they have a goal of $10,000 they are trying to raise throughout the area for this holiday season.

Pastor Gruber says these funds are used all year for those in need and not just around Christmas.  Anyone still wishing to donate may do so through tomorrow.  All of the money donated in Washington County stays in the county.
