A presidential candidate has planned a stop in Washington next week in preparation for the Iowa Caucuses.  Texas Congressman Ron Paul is holding a series of town hall meetings next week in southeast Iowa.

Iowa Campaign Chair Drew Ivers says Paul “will give voters straightforward answers” about “America’s pressing challenges.”

KCII News has learned that the Congressman will be visiting both Mt. Pleasant and Washington on Wednesday the 21st.  He will be at The Civic Center Meeting Room at 12:00 noon in Mt. Pleasant, 307 E. Monroe Street and at The Washington Public Library at 3:00.
