Services for Frank J. Mincer, age 97, of Riverside will be Thursday at 11:30 AM at the Peterseim Funeral Home, Kalona.  Visitation for Frank Mincer will be Thursday from 9:30AM until service time at the Peterseim Funeral Home.  Interment will follow in the Riverside Public Cemetery.  A memorial fund has been established for Camp Courageous or the donor’s choice.
