A proposal for a new building in downtown Keota is one of the items on the agenda for Keota’s city council.  Bill Miller, owner of one of the buildings lost in a December fire, will submit a proposal for a new building at tomorrow’s meeting, including the materials used and estimated costs.  The council will also discuss Miller’s use of city property, and the city’s involvement in the building’s construction.  Also on the agenda is a conversation about the city’s June financial report and the beginning of a new fiscal year.  The Keota City Council meets tomorrow night at 7:00 at Keota City Hall.
