The Washington County Board of Supervisors approved resolutions for the purchase of right-of-way easements. County Engineer David Patterson says they are replacing a box culvert just southeast of Washington. A total of .61 acres are being bought for just under $2000.
The Supervisors also approved resolutions for the acknowledgement of Washington County Riverboat Foundation applications. The applications were for $1500 to the Early Childhood Interactive Exhibit for County Conservation and $2000 for signage and stone repair at the Lexington Cemetery in Cedar Township.
The Washington County Board of Supervisors meeting is every Tuesday morning at 9:30 in the Washington County Courthouse.
