The Washington City Council is meeting tonight to discuss items related to the new Wastewater Treatment Facility Improvement Project.  A public hearing is being held on the authorization of a loan agreement and the issuance of notes of a little over 20 and a half million dollars.  Following the public hearing, action will be taken on a resolution regarding the loan agreement.

They will also consider approving a contract with Simmering-Cory to administer Bacon-Davis Labor Reporting for the Wastewater Treatment Project.  Also during the meeting discussion will be held regarding the City Administrator position.

Tonight’s City Council meeting begins at 6:00 in the old public library.
