The Henry/Washington County Early Childhood Area Board and Advisory Committee are meeting this week. This afternoon the ECA Board will meet from 3 to 4:30 pm at the Wayland Community Center to receive a financial report and review preschool scholarship applications.  The ECA Advisory Committee will then meet tomorrow from 1 to 3:30 pm at the Brighton Community Center to gather family stories for the Day on the Hill Event in February and identify customers for services.  The Henry/Washington County ECA Board is funded by a statewide initiative that provides local funding for programs to benefit all families with children five years and younger.  For more information or to serve on the board, call Tasha Beghtol at 319.461.1369.
