The Sigourney boys track and field team was at Eddyville yesterday and took first in a couple of field events. As a team Sigourney finished sixth with 36 team points. Eddyville-Blakesburg was first with 150 and Pekin second with 103. The Savages’ J.C. Abrahamson went 6-5 to win the high jump. Logan Klein jumped 19-feet 5-inches to win the long jump. Also the Savages’ 4×2 team of Drew Utterback, J.C. Abrahamson, Logan Klein, and Mike Bishop took third.
