Highway 21 in Keokuk County will have intermittent lane restrictions throughout this month. The Iowa Department of Transportation says the closure will extend from the Iowa 149 to the Iowa 92 junctions. The DOT says traffic will be assisted through the work zone by flaggers and pilot cars. Motorists are encouraged to drive with caution.
