Kelsey Bishop graduated this year and is one of twenty five students receiving the community service based scholarships. Bishop plans to study nursing at Mount Mercy College this fall. She's the daughter of Cameron and Kathy Bishop. Alliant says they considered leadership, volunteerism and the content of a 300 word essay when they selected the recipients.
