A Washington County Supervisor who seems to support zoning says the ordinance is important for future generations. Jim Miksch is the longest serving member on the board, and serves as Chairman. He says people tend to think of themselves as land owners, but if you look at the big picture, everyone is really just a “temporary custodian.”
