At least one child from the earthquake stricken nation of Haiti is now safe and sound in southeast Iowa. Kalona residents Bill and Lori Minor Brought home their adopted two year old Daughter Claudia this week. Bill spoke on KCII’s In Touch With Southeast Iowa program, while Claudia chattered away in the background. He says she’s adjusting well to her new home at that “love is an international language.” To hear the interview with Bill Minor listen to In Touch at 12:45 during the Wednesday KCII Mid Day Magazine.
