In Wellman the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks won big over Center Point Urbana. It was only 13-7 at halftime but 17 points in the third helped the Golden Hawks to a 44-14 win. Tanner Miller 23-222 2 touchdowns. Kaleb Duwa had a touchdown reception from Mark Aldeman. Zach Passmore got a touchdown, Brody Barthelman had a 49-yard touchdown run. The Golden Hawks move on to play Solon on Monday. Solon beat Mediapolis 48-12. On the other side of that bracket Regina beat West Burlington/Notre Dame 28-5 and Davis County beat North Cedar 28-26.
