The Wellman City Council met last night. The council heard the financial report for the 2011 fiscal year. They also discussed creating  the position of Deputy Clerk and creating job description and ad for that position. They also discussed and voted on new policies for Christmas and New Year Holidays, and the policy for Storm water projects on private property. The meeting was last night at 6pm at the Council Chambers. KCII will bring you updates on this meeting when they become official.
