The state budget for next year looks to be a big issue.  Senator-elect Sandy Greiner from Keota says the budget will face some funding challenges.  She thinks that evenly distributing budget cuts will not happen but says items like education and Medicaid have to be funded and problems with the wage increase with the state union employees will create issues.  To hear a full interview with Senator-elect Greiner, tune in tomorrow to In Touch With Southeast Iowa at 12:50.
