The summer reading program at the Kalona Library is coming to a close. The final week of the program is Tuesday July 6th through Friday July 9th. Events for the week include crafts, scrabble and chess tournaments, story times and a finale pirate’s party for kids who have completed Level 1 of the reading program. Kids and teens may bring in their reading logs for prizes 30 minutes before or after any summer reading program. All programs are free.
