Washington County Supervisors have a work session tomorrow to discuss the impact that the restructuring of the Iowa Department of Human Services will have. The DHS’s Southeast Iowa region is expected to lose between 50 and 60 employees to early retirement. In addition many offices, including Washington County’s, are switching to a by appointment only basis. Supervisors are scheduled to have their work session after tomorrow morning’s regular meeting at 9:30
