The Mid-Prairie Golden Hawks used their press to get an early lead on West Liberty and would win 63-35. Michael Aldeman led Mid-Prairie with 22 points. The Golden Hawks have now won five in a row.
The Mid-Prairie girls were hosting West Liberty and the Golden Hawks had a chance with a six point lead with three minutes left and a three point lead with a minute left but West Liberty was able to get them in the end winning 46-44. Now both Mid-Prairie teams get ready for a busy week hosting Meskwaki Settlement on Monday, then traveling to Wilton on Tuesday and heading to West Branch on Friday.
