Washington City Councilors tonight (11/4) will consider granting a liquor license to a new restaurant. Panda Palace is opening up in the former Breadeaux building. The Chinese Eatery is applying for a special class C license, which would allow them to serve beer and wine and sell on Sundays. Tonight’s (11/4) meeting starts at 7:00 in the old public library.
