Funeral services for 74-year-old Thomas Ray Fluharty Sr. will be Friday, December 5th at 1:30p.m. at the Beatty Funeral Home in Washington. Family will greet friends from noon to 1:15p.m. Friday, December 5th at the funeral home. A general memorial has been established. The Beatty Funeral Home is assisting the family.
