WACO Warriors recently had the opportunity to learn about forensics from local law enforcement. Students in Mrs. Rich’s high school Forensic Science class were visited by Henry County Sheriff Rich McNamee.

Students learned about fingerprinting and crime scene investigations, and the science behind it. The Warriors took their own fingerprints and analyzed them. They learned about identifying ridge patterns. They also learned how different surface materials impact fingerprints and the ability to lift them for analysis.
