A memorial service for 76-year-old Naomi Carmelita “Noni” Henry of Keota will be Saturday, August 15th at 3p.m. at the Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses in Washington. Memorials have been established for PAWS & More Animal Shelter, Kingdom Hall of Jehovah’s Witnesses and Hospice of Washington County.
