This week’s Thursday Night Live performance will be presented by Studio E! 

Experience routines performed by members of the recreational classes and the 2026 competition team. Suitable for ages two and up, the classes cover a wide range of styles including ballet, jazz, tap, clog, tumbling, hip hop, contemporary, lyrical, and baton. This performance will begin at 5:30 p.m. on the Central Park bandstand. 

Also this week is the first seasonal performance of the Washington Municipal Band. The band began in 1932. With over 60 members, the “Muni Band” will continue the festivities with their musical talents starting at 7:45 p.m. The band’s performances will take place weekly until August 6th.
