Invading Riverside and leaving with a Southeast Iowa Super Conference victory is what the Winfield-Mt. Union volleyball team accomplished on Thursday by downing Highland in straight sets. 

The Wolves were all business coming out with the sweep in set scores of 25-6, 25-10, and 25-21. Melina Oepping led the offense with 11 kills and Keely Malone had every assist on the evening with 30. Keetyn Townsley recorded 15 digs and Tessa Huston was perfect on all 17 serve attempts with three aces. 

WMU improves to 9-4 overall, 2-0 in the league, and travel to the Wilton tournament tomorrow. Highland is now 3-4, 1-2 in the conference, and face off with Columbus on Tuesday.
