The second part of the Southeast Conference volleyball tournament was held Tuesday in Fairfield and Washington split a pair of matches. 

The Demons opened with a tight three set victory over Burlington with scores of 25-21, 9-25, and 16-14. The final team they had to play was Fort Madison where the Bloodhounds won in two with tallies of 25-22 and 25-11. 

The Demons finished 2-3 in the two-day round robin tournament to finish in a tie for fourth with Fort Madison. Mount Pleasant won by going 4-1, Keokuk went 3-2, Fairfield 3-2, and Burlington was 1-4. Washington is now 6-22 overall and close out the regular season tonight against Columbus Community (4-19).
