Funeral services to celebrate the life of 13-year-old Kennedy Elise Parkin-Stover of Washington will be Sunday, September 19th at 4:30p.m. at the United Presbyterian Church in Washington. The family will be present to receive friends from 1-4p.m. Sunday at the church. The family is strongly encouraging mask usage by all attendees. Services will be livestreamed on the Jones Eden Funeral Home and United Presbyterian Church Facebook pages. Interment will take place at a later date. Memorials have been established for the Grace C. Mae Advocate Center. The Jones Eden Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
