Another early season road trip awaits the Mid-Prairie Golden Hawk girls golf team Tuesday when they travel to Cedar Edge Golf Course to meet West Branch. The Golden Hawks are 3-1 on the season after taking second in a triangular with Washington and Columbus and knocking off Regina to start the year. For the season, Mid-Prairie is shooting a 242 average per nine holes with Madelyn Bender, Gabi Robertson and Madi Davidson all bunched together at a 63 average.

West Branch is 1-0 on the season after a 235-252 win over West Liberty. Savannah Sexton led the Bears past the Comets with her round of 55. The last dual between these two teams went to Mid-Prairie by a 204-219 score. Action begins at 4p.m. And continues into the evening in West Branch.
