Letts featured a pair of four quarter battles on Tuesday night when Louisa-Muscatine welcomed Winfield-Mt. Union for a Southeast Iowa Super Conference doubleheader and the Wolves were on the plus side of both games.

The WMU girls were in serious trouble of having their perfect record stripped away from them down 32-27 after three. A 17-11 fourth quarter allowed Wolves fans to breathe a sigh of relief, as they escaped town with a 44-43 victory to keep the undefeated season intact. The Wolves shot just 31% from the floor, but got a lift from Farrah Nelson with 11 points and 10 rebounds. Bradie Buffington added nine points and Jami Wilkerson dished out five assists. WMU officially wraps up the SEISC North Division title with a 10-0 mark and 16-0 overall. 

The WMU boys made it a clean sweep on the night by extending a 19-14 lead at half to 36-27 after three and they finished it off with a 45-39 win. Cam Buffington made eight of 15 shots for a team-high 21 points. Abram Edwards recorded a double-double with 10 points and 13 rebounds. The Wolves improve to 8-8 overall and 6-6 in conference.
