Mass of the Resurrection for 102-year-old Louise Dougall of Washington will be held at 10:30a.m. Monday, December 21st at St. James Catholic Church in Washington. Interment will be held at Elm Grove Cemetery in Washington. Memorials have been established for the United Presbyterian Home and St. James Catholic Church. The Jones Eden Funeral Home is assisting the family with arrangements.
