A private family funeral service for 87-year-old Arlene Nissley will be held Friday, December 18th at 10:30a.m. at the West Union Mennonite Church in rural Parnell. The service will be livestreamed on the Powell Funeral Home Facebook page and website. Burial will be at the West Union Cemetery. A memorial fund has been established for the West Union Mennonite Women. Powell Funeral Home in Williamsburg is caring for Arlene and her family.
