An agenda that includes an ambulance purchase, sale of county-owned real estate, and a COVID-19 update awaits the Washington County Board of Supervisors. The meeting will begin with a public hearing for the sale of county-owned real estate in West Chester followed by opening and acknowledgement of bids for the property.

The board will also consider an acknowledgement of equipment purchase by Washington County Ambulance Service. At last week’s meeting it was presented that the department had received three bids for a new rig and the preferred one came in at $244,707.

The supervisors will also consider a K-9 fund donation, personnel change requests in the ambulance service and the office of the sheriff. The meeting will conclude with a COVID-19 update. The meeting begins at 9 a.m. Tuesday and can be accessed remotely via Zoom.
