Funeral services for 96-year-old Carroll D. Steinbeck of Fairfield, formerly of Rubio, will be Saturday, October 24th at 10:30a.m. at the Richland United Methodist Church. Burial will be at the Richland Friends Cemetery with Military Honors by Richland American Legion Post No. 504. Open visitation will be held at the Gould Funeral Home in Richland beginning at 4p.m. Friday, October 23rd, with family present from 6-8p.m. Memorials can be designated to the Richland Methodist Church, Friends Cemetery or the Rubio Community Building. Social distancing and masks are recommended.
